Python Job: (Senior) Python Developer (m-f-d)

An expanding software company (over 2500 customers) continues to grow with its successful product, which is offered both OpenSouce and in a commercial variant. Currently there are about 30 developers, techies and OpenSource/Linux enthusiasts working in the team to make the product always a bit better and more modern. To be able to meet the requirements in the future, the team is looking for reinforcements who share the passion for Python and OpenSource. Among other things, the product should be made fit to offer a Saas solution.

Meanwhile, the team is very international and the decision has been made in the company that all employees can work remotely in the long term, if desired.

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for the design, development and testing of new features.
• You will specialize in a key technology in the development team - this can be: Cloud (AWS), Kubernetes, security or (test) automation, among others.
• In addition, you contribute to further development of the architecture.
• You will contribute to the automation of build processes.
• You work in an agile team and help shape the DevOps culture.

Your profile:

• Education or studies in the field of computer science or comparable
• At least 2 years of professional experience in software development with Python.
• The Linux command line belongs to the small 1x1
• Experience in agile development processes
• Optimally, you already bring knowledge in one of the focus areas: Cloud (AWS), Kubernetes, Security or (test) automation.
